Hi everyone, I have reservation from Nov 2022 for an Ultra. This will be my first EV...so I don't have the experience that all you Tesla refugees have. I had a deposit on a Rivan and pulled it back for a variety of reasons. I hope the Ocean is everything we all want it to be. I have solar panels so I'm excited to "plug in" and be ready to drive. I am a bit concerned about what final pricing will be and if they keep pushing things ever upward. I suspect I'm not in line until late this year.

Lots of good info on this Forum- Sean does a great job as the owner/operator/moderator/content creator.
Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

Welcome aboard. Unfortunately for the Ultra, you won't get your chance until next year. Ocean Ultra/Sport in the US are already sold out for year 2023.

@fibrepunk Yep...I knew it was gonna be a bit of wait. Seems like for any vehicle these days its gonna take some time. Will live vicariously through all of you until my time comes!

Welcome @fiskeroceanbytheocean I live in North County also, in San Elijo Hills. This will be my first EV also. I am an early reservation holder with an Extreme ordered and am hoping to receive it in September. If Sean doesn't beat me to it, I'll take you for a drive to check it out. 🙂

@seancallahan Thx Sean! Love the info you are providing here. Seems like people in San Diego have to be some of the early adopters of the Fisker "Ocean" ..lol. Poinsettia park is right near my house and we love living here. Can't wait to cruise around here in my Ocean. Spent a lot of time researching a lot of different EV's. Obviously, this isn't the best time to buy a car with where prices are on used and new vehicles BUT I'm willing to be patient since I will be waiting longer than a lot of you. I think the wait will be worth it!
BTW...at first I loved the look of the Rivian and I've soured on the aesthetic a bit. The truck looks "stubby" and short to me and the SUV just looks too boxy. It drives beautifully as my friend let me drive his...but I don't love the look. I'm happy to wait for my Ocean.

@surfrider Thank you! I will take you up on that offer. I would love to ride in both of your vehicles. The car guys like bring the antique cars out at the Ralphs parking lot on weekends and some of the new cars show up there too. Will be fun to pull in there driving an Ocean in the not too distant future. I hope I didn't misfire on my trim option with the Ultra...but, frankly, I was trying to keep my cost a bit lower than the Rivian. I sure hope they don't significantly upward adjust the pricing on all of us.
