When is Fisker Q3 earning call?

Now that we are officially past September '23, any idea when is the next earning call?

The Q3 2021 earnings call was on November 3rd, 2021 and the Q3 2022 earnings call was on November 2nd, 2022. Either of those days work this year for Q3 2023 earnings.

Now that we are officially past September '23, any idea when is the next earning call? I wish Fisker can disclose

1) how many O1 deliveries in Q3 (by region if possible, US, EU etc)

2) how many new orders were added in Q3 and current open order book

3) What is the revised 2023 production target (if not 30k)

4) Ocean US Production plan to take federal credit advantage 

My guesstimation based on 5k FOO's already built and ~1000 delivered in US by end of Sep, assuming 30% is outside of US, 2x delivery ramp up in Oct, and ~1k cancellation & delay:

- World wide delivery by end of Sep: ~1300

- World wide remaining delivery by end of Oct (2x): ~2700

So total of ~4k FOO's delivery (with payments by end of Sep) should generate ~$300M revenue in the Q3 report.

Also if Fisker can build and deliver as projected, the remaining 1k of FOO's and >15k of Extreme, Ultra, and Sport by end of 2023 should generate >$750M revenue in Q4.

Curious why you are guessing 70% for the U.S.?  My guess was that Europe would have more than 50%.  There were 175 Oceans sold in Norway alone in September.  The fact that Fisker has 9 lounges or Center+s opened in Europe (plus Frankfurt opening soon) vs 1 currently in the U.S., it always led me to believe they are much more focused on Europe than the U.S.

It's just a conservative guess, based on less information available on delivery outside of US. ~1k cancellation & delay is also a guess.

@ttrinchi I think earlier in the year when we were tracking sequence numbers, the majority of the 5000 units were in the US.  I can't remember the exact amount but probably 60% or more.

Personally, I feel a 20% One cancellation rate (with nothing to base this on) is not reaslistic.  Plus, all the cancellations will be purchased by people on the waiting list.

My wild guess of 20% cancellation and delay - Most cancellation are from Europe where refunds are given, and most delays are from US where buyers just want to wait longer. And these will be purchased in Q4 by delayed buyers and people on the waiting list.

The One tracking spreadsheet was created from input of mostly U.S. forums - I can throw up a poll right now asking where everyone lives and can guarantee U.S. will have the majority but pretty sure the U.S. doesn't have more than 4 billion residents.

Can we consolidate our queries for the question/answer session post the earning call? 

My 3 questions 

1) Why is the keyfob issue so widespread, how was it not detected in testing and what is Fisker doing to permanently fix this (I know these are 3 questions into one 😀)

2) What is the plan for improving the customer service? Based on current owners experience, multiple attempts (calls, chats etc) are needed to get a service ticket attended to.

3) When is Fisker starting to make Oceans in the US to get the federal tax benefit.

@ashutosh-sakpal I agree with your questions, but personally, my #1 ask is:

"What update do you have on Fisker Inc.'s after-purchase service plan, specifically the third-party partners you previously mentioned like Firestone Complete Auto Care centers for example, and others in the US?  What is the firm timeline?"

@captainamericas agreed but didn't Fisker say that they will come pick the car up if it requires service or attend it at the owners residence if it's a quick fix.

I believe as more Lounges open up, we may be able to drop our Oceans off there and drive away with a rental...

@seancallahan - Some of my questions have been answered by my car herself 🙂

For e.g. - I do not have any issues with the keyfob, nor do I have any vampire drain issue. There are no issues with the 12v battery and definitely no issues with cameras or software.

The only issue I have right now is - The doggie windows won't open in California mode and I have a ticket raised for this. This is not a critical or a deal breaker issue for me so I am chilling out in my Ocean right now.

I am more interested in what Fisker is planning as a part of the next couple of software rollouts so I will add my question in there.
