Before the market opens on May 9th, Fisker will release its Q1 2023 results, followed by a conference call to discuss the quarterly results and provide an update on ramping production and delivering vehicles to customers.

At the very least we should be able to get a good handle on where production is going.
By May 9th if they are sticking to their guns, they should be shipping to EU.
If not...

@bmiddaugh Yeah, we should get an update on homologation, ramping production, delivering vehicles to customers in both Europe and the US, and the company's financial position. Lot's of information will be shared like every quarter.

You can be sure they scheduled this to be sure they were already delivering customer vehicles. I would bet they remain confident on 28th for European green light and deliveries week of May 1 but this buys them a week of slippage if it happens.
