I didn't see those, where was it reported? I saw his foundation sold stocks.

Foundation to do what? Could be good PR. But yes that is what was on the form read it and did not understand it thank you.

There was "Fisker Foundation" and "Mayfair Trust" listed on the form although it looks like only Fisker Foundation was referenced as selling stocks. Geeta and Henrik "share power to vote and dispose shares in the Fisker Foundation" which is why they were both shown on the filing. This is all I could find on the Fisker Foundation:
