Interesting read. Article Didn't know that Geeta owns the most shares in Fisker at 19%. Gonna make it hard for all those naysayers that want her fired. Lol

@mycj7 Trust me, I work in venture capital, and executives with decent ownership percentages can still get fired. I honestly feel she should stay as CFO, and they should hire an industry veteran COO to run operations.

Henrik & Geeta own virtually the same amount of shares, together they own over 40% of the company (also, they own Class B shares that have more voting power than Class A shares). They basically control the board so while it is possible for one or both to get ousted via a coup (or is it "coupe"); it would be extremely unlikely and they have enough power to reshuffle to board and get reinstated. I know it is their ultimate plan to split the position and hire a COO (just waiting for them to improve my compensation package 🤣).
