This is nothing, when you delay an earnings call last minute, the ambulance chasers try to jump on any possibility of illegal activity. Could there have been illegal activity, sure, was there? Probably not.

Everytime a stock falls there are law firms lining up to 'offer' their services. I'm sure Fisker legal was consulted before announcing the delay.
