You say "provided all our suppliers can support this volume", and that indicates an non-quantified uncertainty. The allocation of production volumes, cash flow and supply are tied together, so it seems reasonable that you plan for a realistic scenario, just not hoping all suppliers can support the volume. So the question: What are your calculations for most likely volume, and if it is the same as what you have been communicating, what measures have been put in place to maintain liquidity in case of supply shortages, production issues or quality issues? "

I just realized that shorts started to use your delivery numbers from the news June 2

You mentioned delivery number as 100 pcs Ocean in June based on photos and videos, but they took it as production number for June 

They are sharing it in investing and finance forums...

I checked the news you posted, you mentioned target production number as 1400-1700 pcs but they took number only 100 pcs and spreading it up as production numbers

When is this Shareholder meeting going to start?

How successful will Fisker be at converting Ocean reservations into 2023 Extreme deliveries...Other than Ones, what percentage of 2023 deliveries will be Extremes?

A.  80%-100% 

B.  60%-79.9%

C.  40%-59.9%

D. Less than 40%

About the questions I have in my mind,

- How many orders has Ocean from US and EU ?

- What is the estimated optimum production number for having positive EBIDTA ?

- What is the maximum capacity can Magna Steyr produce in future, let's say 2024-2025 ?

How many Ocean will be delivered in first wave to US and EU on June 12 and 19 ?
