Just shared this in a different topic, but this is relevant to Fisker's share price and a lot of other beaten down names throughout the public markets. When I worked at Amazon, Jeff Bezos would always say, "The stock is not the company. And the company is not the stock." If you have a few minutes, check out this video clip. I've started it where Bezos talks about Amazon's stock price. The entire video is a must watch! 

This is absolutely correct. The quality of the company and its prospects for the future are often completely disconnected from the question of whether the stock is a good or bad investment. Sometimes lousy companies get undervalued and are great investments because they are lousy but not that lousy. And sometimes great companies with terrific growth prospects are lousy investments because they are overvalued. IMO (not investment advice) FSR is undervalued at the moment.

But irrespective of the stock question, they company is so far doing everything right IMO: hitting all its deadlines, managing its customers well, and managing its cash very well. No, it is not perfect, but so far it has navigated the first-time vehicle launch better than any EV start-up I have seen. We will all see how the next 90 days play out, but so far, super impressive in my book.

@bayoubob Well said and I will copy and paste from another topic I posted in response to Sean what my feelings are:

I put a lot of money in Fisker stock, not to play the short game but to play the long game in hopes I draw a straight flush eventually. If it is anyone that should be blamed it should be the person buying the stocks. Anytime one places a bet on speculation there is high risk and going in without that knowledge is unwise. Yeah, the volatility of the stock is nerve wracking, no doubt, but the best thing to do is take a wait and see approach without placing blame (unless they take their money out with a loss to soothe their anxiety). We all have been hearing rumors of a coming recession, semi-conductor shortage, transport problems and the Ukraine War escalating yet we still loaded up on stocks. For me it is time to ride the storm in hopes I made a wise choice down the road. Guess it’s like playing poker and we are the ones who chose to sit at that table. Good luck all.
