Another bad stock take

It's hard to argue with their logic!  I would be worried about any company that revenue dropped 63% year-over-year!  Wouldn't you be worried if Apple's revenue went from $388 billion to under $150b - this is absolutely the same Apples to apples comparison. 🙂

I created a new forum called "Fisker Shareholders" which is at the bottom of the Fisker EV forum. I imagine we will be discussing the stock more frequently in the near future. Breaking it out in its own section should make it easier to find these posts. Hope you like it!

It's amazing how dumb the top anylist's are. I bought 1,500 at $11.14 it's down but not for long. 

@westchesternow If you can afford another 1500 now that will bring your cost basis to $9.40 approximately.

@remichex in all honesty I would get more, however I will only have spare change end of September, its baffling why FSR is not getting momentum, will have to wait a year or so if my $30 target has merit.

@westchesternow Agree, it is baffling but after Elon’s dig at HF today it makes me wonder if  Elon Musk IS behind the massive shorting of Fisker stocks? I’ve seen a few people post on this site speculating such and there is a massive percentage of shorts holding Fisker stock. Makes one think.?

Edit: And actually, Elon is both slimy and childish so I wouldn’t be surprised.

I don't think it would be EM; however, I can see a lot of Tesla Fanbois shorting a company if EM makes any comment about it.

@ttrinchi I realize what you say but honestly, with this guys fiasco at trying to take down Twitter stocks, it would not surprise me… especially since his temper and jealousy made him reopen old wounds with HF.

This SEC "short seller" proposal from February 2022 would help us to identify who is shorting Fisker shares. From the looks of it, it's similar to the transaction reporting required by officers, directors and 10% shareholders. Wonder if/when this will go into effect?

The SEC said its proposals would apply to institutional investment managers with a short position of at least $10 million, or the equivalent of at least 2.5% of the total shares outstanding. It would also apply to those who hold a short position of at least $500,000 in an equity security of a nonreporting issuer.
