@mtn-ranger Neither does mine (Ohio). I suspect I will have to close the sale in California and have it shipped.

In Arizona , Fisker has to apply and pay the fees to operate as a dealer. They have to be proactive. Hopefully it is worth an early effort for them.  It makes sense that they would concentrate deliveries on California first. Then Florida and New York  All Road show states...  so Nevada, Utah and Washington might be prioritized too.

Here is a link to a page with state by state EV policy. And a Map of the current direct sale situation.

Also, attach is a document the summarizes direct sales to consumer laws for each state.  I believe it was published in 2021.

I know Wa State has a strong Stealership lobby and prohibits EV /Car deliveries if by a manufacturer with no dealership in state.  Pisses me off.

i wish #GovernorInslee would get a little more frisky about this.  After all, he did run for President on a platform about the environment…

Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

FYI - my attempt at a tracker… my Lock Date is today (changed from 01/23/23) so hoping I get a sequence number this week. From the Fiskerati original Lock Date chart there are a dozen or so with today as a Lock Date… Some of the earlier Lock Dates (01/02/23, 01/09/23, 01/16/23) were in Denmark and Germany.    A lot of Lock Dates on 01/23/23 were in Western US (California and Colorado)… I am on East Coast…  there should be 2 charts attached… not sure if I did this correctly…. 🤓

I was 3/13, then 3/26, now “Q1 2023”.  Whatever that means. At this rate I’ll be getting my ONE when other customers are getting their  Ultras..

@seaphil Unfortunately it has become more and more apparent to me that Fisker's management is stumbling BADLY with regards to the One roll out. They are purposefully hiding their mistakes/problems/production issues from their customers as well as the public in general. The One queue is the queue. For a manufacturer claiming they will build 40,000 Ocean units this year, there should be NO parts excuses for the first 5,000 One cars. Full stop. Proper and fair sequencing should be adhered to following basic Quality Management Principals. Henrik Fisker has a track record of bankrupting one car company and I fear he hasn't learned his lessons. It may be time to face the fact that he's a brilliant designer/founder but not an operator. He's not going to get the benefit of the doubt this time around.

@redstaper the problem is he seems to like covering all roles, and that's simply impossible.

@pastiche Family business.

I'm waiting to see what they produce. Yes on paper this is great but what's the reality and time frame. If not to my liking I'll order a Tesla MY. I'll know I can get it within 2 months hoping they don't increase the price again.

I also know they do FSD. The reason why most people diss their FSD is becuase they are the best. The reason why most Tesla owners diss the FSD is becuase until now these people did not know how to activate it. Only one person found it out by luck, I hear you have to pull the steering wheel off for it to go into true FSD mode.. 🤣

@drshahali10 I think most people diss FSD is that it drives like a drunk 16-year old.  I'm sure FSD works in sleepy town USA but can't be used in cities with real traffic.  I have yet to be able to keep it on for more than a half mile before shutting it off.  Auto Pilot on freeways works great; hoping they do not start using FSD on freeways like they have been threatening to do.

@ttrinchi true. i would not trust it either. Thats why whether fisker Ocean has FSD or not, makes no difference to me, but things like LKA and lane centering and adaptive cruise control and BLISS are the main things that would be great to have.

@fatguyinalittleport 142 is a nice number! You're in Chicago too. Right? That means were seeing people in both the Midwest and East Coast getting their sequence numbers. 👍
