Hi!

My name is Lars I'm from Norway and took delivery of my FO on Saturday.

I have had some issues since then and was hoping to seek some help on this forum.

1. When I drove off from Fisker, I heard a noise from the rear left tire, thought it was a stone in the threads, but decided to stop. Found a screw in my tire. Headed back to Fisker, then suddenly my car stopped. SOC and distance said ¨0¨ in the driver display.

Tried a reset, went out of the car, locked and unlocked, then I was able to start. Went back to Fisker where a technician logged on to the car. No faultcodes were present.

He did a reboot of all systems and said it was ok. He also changed my rear tyre.

2. When driving back home (around 180km), warnings for driver aids popped up all the time, but disappeared again.

3. After about 130km of driving, the car stopped again. Same faults as the first time. Was able to get it going again and got home.

4. Took a short drive yesterday and the car stopped 300 metres from my house. Got it started again and went home.

Sent an e-mail to Fisker and called them this morning. They arranged for a truck to pick my car up at my home and took it to the Fisker Center+.

I am now waiting to hear from them.

Have any of you had issues like this? If so, do you know what caused the issue and has it been fixed by Fisker?

To end on a good note.. The car was very comfortable and the drive was very good. I'm sure I will enjoy the car as soon as these issues are sorted out!

@larhegsThe car was very comfortable and the drive was very good.”

Glad to hear its comfortable while you sit in it waiting for the tow truck.

this is completely unacceptable for a new $70k EV. Anyone at Fisker ever hear about Quality Control before turning over a car to a customer? A 5 min drive around the neighborhood probably would have revealed 75% of the problems Lars experienced without having to go through the hassle.

Sorry Lars that you had to go through this. I hope when you get your FOO returned to you that it is better than new.

Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

Its late evening here in Norway now, so they will give me an update tomorrow morning.

Will keep the post updated.

In a recent Emil they mentioned having issues with the seat mat sensor. Basically the seat mat that detects the driver, so it won't drive if it doesn't detect you. Anyways these were all supposed to be replaced and fixed for vehicles received after September 1st. It sounds like your vehicle may not have had this serviced and they missed it.

@kitaz---feel free to dislike my comment but it was not directed to @larsheg but monsterpatbro who seems to think those of us expressing our frustrations are just making things up as we have shorted the stock.  I for one have my FOO and am extremely frustrated!!!

your response had nothing to do with this thread , you appeared to be attacking someone in this thread without any explaination except that you are entitled because you are frustrated.    Can we get back to Lar's concerns please.

Thank you to Lars for posting. Sorry for any part I played in distracting from your report.

@kitaz please see my comment immediately below the one you disliked.  I am one of ones that can honestly feel his pain.   You are correct,  I was/am frustated and some questioning someone else's motive for posting just sent me spiraling.   enough said--moving on TYVM!

Just wondering how you called them?  Maybe in Norway they have a service number.  I wish they offered a call in support number in the states.  Have to send an email, wait for a reply. Don't get one within 2 days, send another, and to your vehicle admin that's says they will help....two more days, nothing.  Social media post....seems to be the only way to get them to call you, but doesn't actually solve the issue or schedule an appointment.  Took me literally 7 days to get an appointment, after numerous emails, two times they called me - seemingly only in response to social media.

So, do they have a phone number to call in order to get support?
