Hi,

A few days ago I was driving near the beach and decided to open the sunroof to feel the nice, warm sun. I closed it once I got on the freeway. The other day I tried to open it again and now the sunroof will not open at all! Even in California mode it does not open. I used it once and now it doesn't work. I reported it to support but of course nobody has gotten back to me. Fisker's lack of support is extremely frustrating and disappointing! Why put out a car that has glitches and problems and not have support to address the issues?

@wndrmely Sorry to see that happened. Did you try restarting it using the procedure below?

If that still doesn't work, may be try calling their number. You can find it here:

I had an issue with the sunroof not closing all the way.  The service rep had me go through a recalibration procedure.  For my problem it was hold the close button down for a minute, then open it, then close it while keeping the button depressed while it’s closing and then after it is closed.  So I would maybe try holding down the buttons for an extended prior of time.

You can also try a deep sleep reset, where you exit the car, open the charger door, then lock the door (leave charger port door open) until the lights go out in the charger port (can take up to 15 mins).
