I created a poll on the "Fisker Ocean One Club" FB group (which has roughly half of the Ocean One order holders) and got 423 414 410 404 394 387 377 376 365 353 322 310 301 286 244 238 229 219 204 189 159 136 responses. 57% 56% 55% 54% 53% 52% 53% 52% are in March. If anyone not on Facebook wants to add their date to the list, let me know below.
(I'll update this over time)
We have hit an 8% sampling rate, pretty good!

OK, I'm confused. How exactly did you get lock-in dates?
I am one of the earliest reservation holders, but I have not been contacted about any production date.
I placed my initial reservation on December 2, 2019, the first week available. I paid my pre-order $5K and confirmed my Ocean One spec on July 5, 2022.
I haven't been contacted since the $5K pre-order.
Login to fiskerinc.com go to reservations. It will show your lock-in date there (see attached, says "ability to edit build expires..." that is your lock-in date).
That said, Fisker has sent several emails on this so either your email on file with Fisker is wrong or your spam filter is diverting Fisker emails to junk.
Thanks, so you're telling me the "lock-in" date is the date after which I can no longer make changes. Makes Sense. In that case, I understand. Mine is October 10, 2022. Thanks so much!
I see one on 3/16. That is not a Monday, have to think that is in error.
Thanks, it's fixed now.
Updated chart 9/21/22 1:50pm. We reached 6% sampling rate.

@MTN Ranger One more at 2/26/23. Think that's all the errata. Thanks for putting this together. It's interesting data.
@beemerbum1 Thx, I'll just round that one to 2/27/23 at the next update.

I too haven’t received any of these emails regarding build dates etc. I only know those emails exist or that projected build dates exist due to these forums.
My reservation date was Jan 7 , 2020.
In this case, the early reservations seem to have the disadvantage in terms of no follow up and assigned build dates that are months behind those that reserved years later.
Someone also mentioned that perhaps the date your $5,000 payment processed determined your place in line. I don’t believe this is the case, based on the question listed on fisker’s FAQ portion of the website, which states:
“My Fisker Ocean One pre-order payment is processing, do I lose my place in line?”
Answer: Fisker will reserve your place in line while your payment is being processed.
Given this information, I would assume that regardless of whether you paid on the July 5th or the 7th, your place in line should not have changed as long as the payment was received on time. I have never received an email from Fisker regarding my build date or place in line. However, based on these forum posts when I go onto the website, it states,
Ability to build expires: March 06, 2023, 12:00 am PDT
Is this the lock and date that you refer to For those that actually did receive the email?
yes, I have checked the junk folder and I received all previous emails from Fisker. For example, the invitation to place the order on the ocean one, but never received an email regarding a build date. so I don’t think it has anything to do with missing an email message, I just never received one.
@drmalan Go back to “Reservations” and instead of hitting “Pre-Order Details” hit the one stating “Build Details”. Your “Lock in date” is at the bottom in small letters. See example below:
@mike-fisker great, but as I reserved on January 7, 2020, paid my new reservation fee when it was due, why is it that people like myself and others who reserved in many cases two years before others that are receiving build dates within the next couple months.
fisker clearly states on their website that the bills will be done in order of preference based on reservation date. They also stated the timing in which your payment was made does not affect your place in line for build date so why is my bill date so far out
this is exactly what I’m referring to. I reserved in January 2020 but my bill day is in March 2023. I don’t see how that makes any sense.
