At first, ownership is limited to cash purchases and financing options. However, more information regarding leases, such as the Fisker Flexee Lease, will be announced later this year. Keep an eye out for updates!

@seancallahan In that case the buyers of extreme launch edition misses on this credit?  Can we postpone our buy till the lease option is available?

@raghuavk At this stage, we don’t know what will be offered in the Flexee Lease. The only launch edition is the Ocean One. Extreme will come next, followed by Ultra and Sport. Let’s wait for the Ocean One deliveries to start before we tackle leases.

@raghuavk There is a discussion thread on the forum that provides up-to-date information about the previous tax credit rules and their application to orders placed last year. The thread mentions that taxpayers may be eligible to claim the tax credit based on the old rules. However, they would need to have the VIN number of the car they have yet to receive and would be required to make amendments to their 2022 tax return.
