Hi all,
Anyone knows what the status is for homologation? In my opinion there is a lack of information from Fisker regarding this. In fact I haven't heard anything from Fisker since my lock date. Could be nice to know if they still on track, both with production and homologation

My guess is they are waiting for the earnings reports call to provide any news.

@ttrinchi Given that the earnings call is on Feb 27, 2023 and Fisker has repeatedly said to all of us that homologation is on track to be COMPLETED by the end of February, the only acceptable news during the earnings call would be that homologation is complete. Anything other than that would be a huge negative for the reliability of the company and Henrik himself. If they were smart, they would issue an update now on the status of all of the approvals so that it doesn't muddy the message from the call.

A post about homologation appeared to quote Henrik, but came from MOPAR. Was that a joke or actual information?? If so, when did Henrik make that statement?? Quotes/ comments like that could cause someone to BUY FSR, and maybe make a huge $$$ mistake if it was old quote or a joke.

@my23_ocean I think it's tongue in cheek in the way HF usually talks. .. you know promises something and then you here nothing! Like a balloon that instead of popping just fizzles out!

Officially 7 day countdown to the end of Feb. Will Fisker meet its homologation target? Or will this be another date that just slips by? If we hit earnings with a "We are on target to complete homologation by end of Q1" gaslight during the call I will 100% be done with Fisker. 7 days!

@grimtango fwiw HF acknowledged in the video posted earlier (9:18) that homologation "took us a little longer than we expected." There is acknowledgement. 🙂

I heard end of 1st quarter so that is almost April 1. Irony? I think not!

@bayoubob I just watched that! Not pleased. I am hoping there is some real good news on this earnings call about homologation being done. If its not, and the news is just official range #s I will place an order for a MY during the call. I have been kicking the can around with the Ocean for so long now that I am about out of gas in the tank (lol) waiting and trusting in Henrik.
If homologation is complete by end of Feb, I will stick to the Ocean. My patience has hit very low levels with Henrik since the "SOP" and the lack of movement or info that was promised and is still missing. Absurd even.

In the video, is he saying that homologation will be completed by the end of the quarter or that deliveries to Sweden will be by the end of the quarter? The interviewer ask when they can expect deliveries into Sweden and Henrik answered by explaining the homologation process.

What bothers me the most is that someone (Fiskerati) put time and effort into making a forum for someone else's (Fisker) product, supports and praises it then the product itself can't even put the same effort into getting their info out to the consumer. I know when Tesla first hit the market that they had some set backs but honestly I feel that the way their car was introduced and came to market was far better than Henrik's attempt.
I hate feeling like the fool for believing in something when everyone else keeps highlighting all the errors and issues and to jump ship at this point only validates them. I'm hoping for good news by the end of February but I feel by time the cars are out to the consumer any "new" "exciting" or "innovative" tech is going to feel like a Nokia phone in the world of Samsung. I'm hoping I won't regret not getting a M3 Performance when I had the chance.

So, is moving the call up 8½ hours good or bad news? It's definitely not good news for my planned sleep.
