I have not received a build #. I did, however, receive this email which is offering a One that I would assume someone else passed upon - the problem is that clicking on the details reveals no accessories (I need towing with electrics, ie). So - if that's true - I could 'skip the line' and consent to this one, minus the extras that I want...or I could continue to wait.
Anyone else see something like this?

@mlstefan Nope, wasn't on the Ocean One waitlist. Have you previously expressed your interest in joining the Ocean One Waitlist, or perhaps you've already been added to it, or maybe you even have an Extreme trim on order? If any of these scenarios apply to you, here's an opportunity to snag an already assembled vehicle. It appears that this could expedite the delivery of your car. Similar reports that a handful of people (four) were able to purchase One's that buyers walked from in Cali had been shared this weekend via FB. It sounds like they had to be purchased as is with what the original buyer had selected for options too.

@mlstefan did it give a price? I'm presuming less the tax rebate. This is what seriously dislike about fisker and the unfortunate keeping of early supporters cash. If someone cancels and the ocean one that would be then offered, why not refund the money. You still have a solid buyer. Yes I made the mistake of supporting something that I thought would make a solid product but at this point if @fiskerinc sees this and wants to be a solid automaker, don't be a crook and take advantage of someone that did support you from the beginning with cash/stock and mouth advertisement.
I'm getting more bitter by the day seeing as the supporters have become soured by the vehicle and the lake of what they feel isn't the right vehicle for them. Word of mouth does go both ways. Here and other social media sources. With the stock I have and the short sellers there are. One way or the other, I will get my money back. I hate even having to say that but this is where I'm at.

@mlstefan I got this and I already have a ONE reserved, yet to be in production. It was confusing so I reached out and they said I can ignore the email. That was it. 🤔🤷🏼♂️

@seancallahan I held two reservations ($250 and $100), and when I wasn't selected for a One, I was going to buy an Extreme. Before I committed, I was offered a One. I put my 5K deposit down, and have been waiting for some indication of movement ever since - but I still have a spot in line for another Extreme, so I assume this email was targeted towards that aspect of my actions.
If I knew what options that One had (none are listed), I may opt for it, but I haven't responded to see if the lack of options is an oversight, or if that is how the car is (not) equipped.

I don't have a pre-order for an Extreme, but I do still hold a reservation spot (I had two). My CSR told me that the deposits I put down for two spots were to be applied to my One, once I was contacted that a FOO was available (which I then committed to with a 5K deposit).
I assume that if I contacted them about this email, the response would be the same as NoWay One got: disregard. @midway99: did you also have a slot to buy an Extreme if the One request fell through? That described my situation, and could explain the email we both received.
