If any of the owners have had a chance to call this support number, please let us know of your experience... I think if the experience is positive, this will alleviate some of the angst for the folks out there (like me) still deciding on whether to proceed with the order or not.

@captainamericas Just called. Initially, I was on the phone with a newbie and then Amanda, Global Service manager, got on the line. I had remote and display issues. Amanda walked me through a reboot of the system.
press the two buttons inside the wheel buttons simultaneously and hold for appx 20 seconds. System will reboot. Need to step away after opening charging port and locking the vehicle. Keep key fob away from car (over 20 feet). This fixed my remote and display issues.
@phongpei Thats great. Thanks for sharing your experience. Definitely welcome change. Feeling little more comfortable. Saving the contact number now.

I called the number early this morning...only had about a 2 minute hold (yay). Nothing more helpful than telling me they'd escalate my issues and a service tech and my VA would contact me (I was told the same thing on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday... still have a car that I can't drive and nobody has contacted me despite the 'escalations'). I hope everyone else has a better experience. Was really hoping to take the car out for at least a weekend shakedown, get-to-know-it trip. I keep saying I'll report back when issues resolved or scheduled to be... just not there yet.
I did get the feeling that the line is just customer service referrers (like online Radgivers)... not problem solvers/coordinators.

@fiskerdu Thanks for the details...if they are just referrers, that would be very disappointing assuming that is the case.

@captainamericas Yes, the rep would put me on hold and try to reach out to service and to my VA... but could not connect me to either to get service scheduled, or resolution on getting my Fisker 'trailer' registered as a car so I can drive it. Sounds like @phongpei had at least some basic guidance on rebooting. I'm sure as their experience increases it will get better, but hard to gain experience if they act more as a referring conduit. (...I really hate coming across with such a gloomy experience; fingers crossed it gets better for others AND me...)

Mariana/Maliblu 22 F3a FOO 2407 Delivered 9/7 (one day late: nough said)
San Diego CA
It’s a good move that Fisker thinks they should have a phone number where the customers can reach out in case of any issues. HF is a car designer. Never had any experience running a company of this magnitude. He is learning. Unfortunately we, the FOO owners, are the early victims!
@mtn-ranger Well, I tried to wait until the car was in the driveway, but since I have not been getting any replies to my emails to support or delivery, I called the owners' number. Just spoke with Andrew who was very helpful. He answered my questions and will get some things unlocked on my account page. Last Tuesday, I selected a delivery window and the date on my account is outside of the selected timeframe and needed to get confirmation. I also mentioned that it is a bit ridiculous to have to look at website code to figure out the status of the car (and the codes have been missing for about a week anyway). Just passing along that my first verbal contact with a Fisker human was reassuring. And, that if something goes amiss while driving that I can call them for assistance in addition to looking here and on Facebook forums for solutions.

@fisker-brat not at this time... there was a post on FB indicating there was a recorded message when he called on Sunday [10/15/23 @9AM Eastern]

@joceppi @seancallahan
The line isn't open today (I got voicemail too) however the representative I had a conversation with on Friday (from the toll free number) took my issues seriously and called me this morning to follow up. Still no resolution or timeframe for resolution, but he at least appears empathetic and vested in getting my issues sorted out... so, at least they're working behind the scenes on the weekends if not managing the toll free number.
