If you check close on the latest Fisker Ocean in Great White the VIN is VCF1SAE29PG00020. If you visit the NHTSA Decoder site it shows the vehicle specifications.

@seancallahan Great info, thanks.  I see the "small" battery FWD model is more than 6,000 lbs. GVWR; figure the other models will be another 500 lbs.  Does the "Hummer Loophole" still exist?  This would be great for small business owners.

Its calling it a “Sport” model.  Is that a generic term for the whole line or is this an actual “Sport” being produced as a limited option show pony for reviews??🤔

Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

Not familiar with the Hummer Loophole. I'll need to look that one up! It's certainly a heavy EV with the Tesla Model Y coming in at 4,555 lbs. Maybe that 6k lbs is a placeholder for the time being?

@seancallahan GVWR is total weight including maximum load.  Model Y GVWR is 5,700 lbs.  Figure actual weight is about 1000-1,500 lbs. less.

The Hummer Loophole was originally meant for Heavy Equipment.  Heavy Equipment can be written off 100% on the year purchase and was described as any vehicle with GVWR over 6,000 lbs.  The Hummer became popular as it was heavy enough to qualify as Heavy Equipment and be written off 100%.  Now, many luxury SUVs and a ton of EVs tip the scale at over 6,000 lbs.  My friend that waited in line with me for the Model 3 reservation ended up getting the X instead as he was able to write off the car (real estate agent).  Not sure if the rule is still in place as they keep changing the tax rules (but can't see the Republicans having taken out any business benefits when they did the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act couple years back).

From the particular VIN specific information:

First it was SUV…now it is SUV/MPV….what is next…?

“Body Class: Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV)/Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV)“

As for Airbags:
“Front: 1st Row (Driver and Passenger) Knee: 1st Row (Driver and Passenger) Side: 1st and 2nd and 3rd Rows”….where is the 3rd row?….or that is for pets?

I think I am not up to date on:

”Other Restraint Info: EU Specs / Type 2 manual belts with pretensioner and adaptive load limiter for 1st row seats / front center inflatable restraint (1st row)”….what is the front center inflatable restraint?

Interesting:

clearly stated that for “Interior / Seat Number of Seats 5”

but for “Exterior / Wheel tire Number of Wheels    “ nothing…I hope it’s not true! 🤨
