Thanks to @matezz for jumpstarting this list. Here is what I have so far. I’m still working on proper order for ease of use. Feel free to leave a comment for more items and corrections.
Pre-delivery • software updated to the version which can receive OTA - makes no sense scheduling service visit after deliver just for an update • check and replace 12V battery if needed • make sure hood is securely fastened • make sure purchase agreement and title documents are correct (I would assume that FSR would have extensive pre-delivery checklist of their own.)
While Delivery Driver is There • verify VIN matches your order • paint/glass for factory defects or transportation issues (also doggy windows for looseness) • wheel finish and tires • exterior trim for rail dust / discoloration • interior for rips/defects/glue residue • missing items (air pump, plate frame, V2L adapter, cargo cover, etc) • paid accessories (eg tow package, floor mats, etc) • key fob condition • tag installed or in car
Delivery • key fob functions – lock, unlock, liftgate window – press and hold to open/close, liftgate – press to open/close, California mode, hold unlock to open four door windows, hold lock closes four door windows • seat/power on (seat weight sensor, ideally with someone under 140 lbs) • side mirror/steering wheel adjustment • front seats adjustment & operation • overhead button power liftgate window (push and hold to open, pull and hold to close) • overhead button opensky (gentle pull tilt, pull past resistance full open, gentle push tilt, full push close, pushing or pulling during any movement stops the motion) • overhead button cali mode button (push to open, pull to close, do all windows go down / up?) • HVAC Heat and Cool functions (test at full fan speed) • vent adjustment and operation (left and right, up and down, on and off for all four vents) • verify SW version • sequence number out of 5000 is not null • center screen setup process, watch video, pair phone • digital mirror • 360 camera • overhead lights (front, overhead, rear) • exterior lights operation • rear seat: power recline, limo mode controls • interior door seals • center console and rear USB ports for power • cargo area 12V for power / 120V outlet for power • inspect tire sealant - possible leaking can occur • test 4G connection using music apps
Post Delivery • test AC charging • test DC charging • set correct tire pressure

For Post Delivery - check tire pressure. The tire label on pillar has recommended pressure front 44 psi and rear 49 psi (at least for the 20"). All four tires were between 40-41 psi when delivered.
(Oh, and test AC charging while you still have plenty of battery charge, you don't want to find out you can't charge or your new EVSE doesn't work when you are below 20% charge.)

That's new info, and apparently they've seen fit to raise the pressure recommendation, as this was the label at a Miami pop-up event:
I don't suppose the lower pressures were sufficient to trigger a TPMS telltale? Was just reading the OM and found it interesting that TPMS is done without pressure sensors, such that a loss of pressure is discovered when the ABS sensor's data reports too many rotations of the wheel per distance traveled, because reduced pressure would reduce the tire's diameter/circumference. Presumably this pressure loss diameter reduction is more than the reduction from tire wear, and new tires would trigger a TPMS low pressure warning at a lower pressure than would nearly worn out tires.
Will we ever get to see pics or hear a report on how your delivery went and what other new/interesting things you've noticed post delivery or when driving?!
At Facility, delivery as soon as Nov 25. Ocean Extreme, Horizon Gray, Black Abyss Plus, F7 wheels, VIN 71xx

Here is the sticker from my car.
Today was day 5 with the car and just got back from my kid's hockey game in San Diego (273 miles round trip). The car still does not provide much information so had to write down the usage/consumptions and will write up a summary. I am really enjoying the car. As many others have griped on here; their delivery process is a mess - from the timing between payment and delivery, the inconsistencies on the account portal, and delivery cancellations (they even cancelled the new member Teams call that was scheduled). Being a new manufacturer/model, I always expected delays and never had issues with the wait but the whole delivery process made me question my decision to proceed, but once I got the car; it is 100% worth it. The car drives great but they need to hurry to implement ADAS as dumb cruise control is useless in SoCal. [I do think I need some therapy sessions before I can open up about the delivery process. 😆]

@seancallahan So for all the upcoming deliveries will someone with Fisker be there to ask questions? Or are all the YouTube/Fiskerati video posts the only resource (and the PDF Owner’s Manual)? Perhaps a guide is available on the 17.1” screen?

It doesn’t appear to be the case in every instance. Right now it sounds like there is a weekly virtual owner’s orientation. Also, we have the owner’s manual to reference and of course some YouTube videos out there. To be honest, there isn’t too much needed to get started.
Explore Fiskerati for the latest Fisker news, reviews, and analysis.
@seancallahan sounds good Sean; as long as the car starts, will move when put in Drive and will stop and charge without incident, I’ll be happy. Oh, and I hope they give the tool needed to open the front bonnet.

@seancallahan - I must have watched a dozen youtube shows all about the Fisker. Yes, some are more informative than others but all in all, they seem to cover everything I can think of - and I went to LA for a test drive. I also test drove a Rivian sedan so I have that to compare our Fisker to.
