Anyone looking for a highly rated 48 Amp smart EVSE, Amazon has the Emporia for only $299.99 ($100 off). That's a great price for a UL/Energy Star rated charging setup, available in white (black still has original price). It has a flexible hard wire installation or NEMA 14-50 plug included.

I’ve used my emporia 2x now with my FOO that was delivered yesterday. What a shame out cars are limited to the 32A capacity.
The emporia floated between 29.1 and 30.5A charging speed in my two sessions. At these speeds, I’m gonna have to make sure i either plug in early in the evening or juice up to 50% before getting home if i need to get near 100% for a long work road trip the next morning. Thanks Henrik 🙄
Solid charging system though. Easy to have installed (i did a 60a breaker hardwire install before learning about our 32A limit) and the cable is plenty long at 24 or 25’ in lemgth.

I have the Emporia charges and I have a Emporia energy monitor also hooked up in the main panel. The really cool part is that I can set the charger to come on when there is net positive generation from the solar.
Highly recommend the combo.

Amazon frequently does price adjustments and "sales" on items. Sometimes you have to get lucky!

I have this in my garage, but I cannot get a scheduled charge to work. The Emporia app says 'EV is not accepting charging'. To schedule charging with these home EV chargers do you have to keep your Ocean unlocked?
Per Fisker support, they told me to always keep the car locked, even for scheduled charging. Any pointers is appreciated.

I don't have an Emporia so can't help on that side, however, I schedule my charging with the Wallbox and the Fisker plugged in & locked with no issues charging.
