  • Fisker anticipates milestone pace of 300 vehicle deliveries per day in US and Europe.
  • The company has manufactured 5,000 Fisker Oceans and delivered over 900 customer vehicles, with several hundred more expected to be delivered this week.

Fisker Inc. (NYSE: FSR) (“Fisker”), driven by a mission to create the world’s most emotional and sustainable electric vehicles, announced today that it has built 5,000 Fisker Ocean SUVs and expects to ramp deliveries of the Ocean to 300 vehicle per day later this year.

“We want to thank our customers for their patience as we have refined our delivery processes,” Chairman and CEO Henrik Fisker said. “As we complete the third quarter and move into the fourth, we are preparing to significantly increase our pace of deliveries in the US and Europe. We are expanding both our teams and our physical locations, and we are targeting deliveries of 300 vehicle per day to meet strong demand for the Fisker Ocean. I’m tremendously pleased that our company has geared up to achieve these milestones.”

To date, Fisker has delivered over 900 customer vehicles in its European and US launch markets. Several hundred more are expected to be delivered this week.

The $68,9991 Fisker Ocean Extreme has a 113 kWh battery pack (106 kWh usable) and an EPA range of 360 miles2 on standard 20” wheels and tires, which is the longest range of any new electric SUV in its class3. In Europe, the Fisker Ocean Extreme has a WLTP range of 707km/440 UK miles4 on standard 20” wheels and tires, which is the longest range of any electric SUV sold in Europe today. The all-electric SUV starts at $37,4992 for the Fisker Ocean Sport trim level in the US.

I doubt they actually built 5,000 Oceans. If that's the case, where are these Oceans sitting at?

Henrik final hoo rah rah was that all Ocean one's would be delivered by end of Sept. Those in the know knew once he said this many many months ago, it would not be met. So with the end up Sept goal, so far only 900 have been delivered with a week left in Sept......

But I know, its a start up, they have issues, first time company, parts problems, they haven't been out 10 years, blah blah blah.....

If only 900 delivered, then all Oceans won't be delivered until sometime in November at the earliest.

I kind of hate to see the word "ramp" when nothing really gets ramped 🙁 Are folks really believing they will deliver 300 a day with the current logistics??

They made the 5,000. I'm sure you already know it, but for whatever reason you do what you do.

@fisker-brat where are the 3000 sitting at?
if they made their 500 ones, why not churn out the Extremes and Ultras. Have you see those roll off the assembly line?

For context, the 5,000 include test vehicles and Magna vehicles. They have not yet completed building the ONE vehicles but it looks like they are close and may make the September 30 revised deadline from early September. (In its press releases Fisker distinguishes between "customer vehicles" as for example "in the week of Sept. 4, a total of 3,123 customer vehicles have been built" and total vehicles.)

They have 10 weeks (before the winter break) to produce 15,000 vehicles in order to hit the low end of the revised production target. Will be a tall order. I expect to see a further downward revision in Oct.

Sir, they are awaiting you to OK their plans. They'll live stream their assembly line for you.

@fisker-brat lol I'm just saying. Fisker has bloated numbers before, but lets give him the benefit of the doubt this time right?

Where are they keeping about 4000 cars?

Mostly in transit.  There were at least 50 at Adesa Los Angeles alone last week...

I have some doubts. The difference between 5000 cars produced and 900 cars delivered is 4100, which is production output of 5 to 6 weeks. Of course it take 2-5 weeks to get cars to US customers. But it takes just 1 or 2 days, to bring cars from the Magna factory in Graz to delivery centers in Munich, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Vienna, Paris, Copenhagen, ... So an average of 5-6 weeks between production and delivery is not really plausible.

If the number is correct then there are about 4000 vehicles sitting at Magna waiting to be delivered!

- Fisker failed to hire and train mobile technicians in all major cities

- They got issues with OTA updates, it seems.

- Their delivery process is glitched and not optimized

- Their customer service is poor.

The 5000 number probably includes test and development vehicles, crash test vehicles, demo/press cars....every vehicle they have manufactured. The intention is of course to make people think about the 5000 Ones and that Fisker has completed that in time, just hampered by the distances and red tape.

But then again... one would expect that you don't manufacture thousands of vehicles for development and testing either. Maybe 100-200 if you include testing of manufacturing before you have type approval. Those cars cant be sold with type approval an requires a whole other process to get road worthy.

Where are all the cars? It they were on a ship it would be traceable? Are they at delivery centers around in Europe? Are they hidden in some transit storage facillity awaiting parts or SW? If SW, what is so bad compared to already delivered cars?
