All social media accounts are quiet on the big day of Super Bowl 57. No pop-up locations in Phoenix or any sort of guess this or that to win a Fisker Ocean like last year.
Here is a Fisker tweet from last year's Super Bowl:

Oh tricky for me .. took me a while to come up to speed that "the gameday giveaway" was from last year. Wondering who won the Ocean Sport back then and when/if they will get it... or if Fisker had to give them cash in 2022.
This year Lucid may need to give away some EVs in Arizona. About thirty have been gathering dust since January in their dealership parking lot near me. 😉

@kitaz Sorry, made that more apparent now. Ha ha! Still nothing from Fisker across social media. Absolutely, nothing!

Well to be honest Super Bowl is of course followed in the US. But elsewhere it does not have the same importance, and we do not see the commercials. So worldwide it is not that big a deal. It would be nicer if they used the media to give us all more information. Where are we in the homologation process, whats the WLPT to be espected, when will delivery start in different areas. How quick is actaul charging. That would be nice. 🙂
I think they blew a huge opportunity to have a pop up near the actual stadium. Granted, the NFL has an “exclusion zone” where they control all marketing and commercial activity within a pretty sizeable geography, but Phoenix and Scottsdale are huge metro centers with ample places to hold an event.
Even coordinating it with one of the local casinos such as the Talking Stick Resort where they have less interference from normal laws and rules could have been a huge success.
just think of the SM clicks they missed out on. Could have had some nice trending and a stock price bump to go with it.
Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

100% agree. Sad to see such a BIG opportunity missed. If Super Bowl wasn't interesting, the company wouldn't have done anything last year. Giving away a car during Super Bowl 56 was big time. Doing nothing this year...disappointing to say the least.

Outside of Facebook ads the marketing department is nonexistent. There’s a handful of Twitter users (likely on this forum) way more active at “advertising” for Fisker than Fisker.

In all fairness, I think Fisker does a good job with online advertising. The best ad I've seen online, most recently, was on Kelley Blue Book's homepage. Their retargeting game is good. The Super Bowl was a chance to build the brand. Most consumers don't even know Fisker exists.
