I’ve had an Ocean reservation since November of last year and it’s no longer showing in the app. I didn’t covert to an order yet. Anyone else having this issue? I emailed Fisker Support and no one responded.
Been identified numerous times in this forum that the App does not show orders. Have to log in in a browser to see order details.
@sla No need to worry about it. Go into browser and you will find all safe and secure with your deposit
Mine wasn’t showing either so I logged out of the app and logged back in at it showed up. Give that a try and see if it works for you.
