If we have an issue with our Fisker Ocean One once received, how is an issue/repair supposed to happen? I’m in Houston, Texas and don’t see anywhere here. I emailed Fisker but have not received a response. Now that I’m hearing there are software issues delaying delivery, I’d like to know how that is handled if it’s an issue or anything else for that matter after it’s received.

@jewel It is possible that it will be a Firestone Complete Autocare (which is the Bridgestone solution). There are many of them around town here. Or it may be a Fisker service center which - who knows - but every pretty much EV startup has service centers here (Lucid, Rivian, Tesla x 4). Fisker has not shared this yet because it is a secret for some mysterious reason.

@bayoubob Thanks for the information . Hopefully we aren’t too delayed in receiving our vehicle since they appear to be delayed due to software issues.
