I wanna give a special shot out to Paul from fisker who delivered excellent customer service for me. Last week i registered for a purchase webinar and after 15 minutes of waiting room i gave up trying to join the webinar as the host never let me in. I DM’ed fisker here and they escalated the situation. The next morning i got a phone call from Paul from fisker and he spent about 15 minutes answering a lot of questions i had about my Ultra order. Many of my questions he did not have answers to so I compiled all my questions via email and he consulted with the Fisker team to answer all my questions…
I am still upset with the subscription only ultimate and intelligent pilot packages for the ultra & sport trims. As well as adaptive cruise control system not being available without subscribing to the intelligent pilot package. But i will be moving forward with my ultra order which is now in production, i do love the car and i believe it will stand above the competition once all the bugs get fixed, and all the advertised features get rolled out via OTA. I hope that fisker changes they’re mind on these packages and allows they’re customers to either pay the once advertised one time fee for these packages, or pay the monthly subscription for the customers that don’t need to have these packages all the time. - FI Pilot & Ultimate pkgs to be available as subscription only for now. We are working on the purchase option, target Q1 2024
6) Apple CarPlay? Currently Not Avaialble. We are working on this feature, target Q1 2024
7) Will adaptive cruise control be a standard feature on the ultra or will we need to purchase a package with a one time fee or monthly subscription for ACC which comes standard in most cars?
- Adaptive Drive Control is part of the FI Pilot Pkg
8)Can i pickup the car from the fisker headquarters in Manhattan beach and get the delivery fee waived? - YES, No Last Mile Delivery Fee
9) Will you make sure that the taxes and fees for my ultra order will be appropriate and correct for my delivery state of California? - YES
10) Will u aid me in the process of getting the California clean air vehicle car pool sticker? - Self Application
11) Who will repair the car if i get in an accident and service and replacement parts and repairs are needed?
- Fisker has a certified collision repair network, that have access to repair procedures and part sourcing. A service request can be submitted through support@fiskerinc.com
12) Will a loaner car be provided if my car needed to be serviced or fixed due to software issues or vehicle malfunctions etc?
- Fisker provides up to $100 in Lyft Credits or a Hertz rental vehicle
13) Will my ultra have the latest software with OTA updates enabled? - YES
14) Will the driver seat Matt sensor be updated? - YES
15) Will the air vents be updated and fully operational? - YES
16) Will the key FOB be updated? When will 2nd key FOB become available for purchase? - YES. 2nd Key FOB timing in Nov/Dec tentatively
17) Will the fisker app function as key when i get my ultra? - This is targeted in Dec

Good for you. I've had a drastically different customer service experience that is neverending and in theory our car will be delivered this Sunday, the 15th. We shall see. I truly hope the ownership experience isn't akin to this experience. Maybe cancelling my two other reservations. I'm not doing this two more times. Life is too short.
I have not gotten any updates since Oct 23rd when my Ultra went into production. So I left a message via contact us on my Fisker app, I got an update in 24 hrs time.

Radgiver contact from my computer....not so much. I was shown the door...... I mean asked to 'end chat'.
