Stumbled across the Detailed Manufacturing Agreement between Fisker and Magna Steyr. It includes definitions of the agreement including SOP and SORP. Worth a look if you have the time.
SOP - Means the partial completion of the Launch Activities enabling Magna to commence pre-serial production of road worthy Vehicles for Fisker in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
SORP - Means the completion of the Launch Activities to enable Magna to commence the serial manufacture of Vehicles for Fisker for the mass market supply.

I was thinking the same thing. Couldn't find the exhibits anywhere. Wonder if they are even published?

I doubt they are published anywhere. The "trade secrets" are in the exhibits. (as well as all the juicy information).

What I do like is that Magna has money invested in it! If they don’t manage to get things going properly and produce a good car they not only loose the production, but they would loose money as well. Either way! So it encourages to do the best work they can to help Fisker and Help themselves! I like it! They have put their money where their mouth is!

@gpvg26 Yes, seems like a win-win for both Fisker and Magna. Interests are aligned.
