Good for the consumer, sure. But if someone can afford a $125k Lucid, was the tax credit really meant for them in the first place?
I would love to take one of these things for a weekend demo ride for sure though. Everything i have heard points to a great ride and amazing comfort.
Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..
and…… will we still get the $7500 tax credit? Only HF knows…

@seaphil Agreed, out of reach for this consumer, but the battery range is ridiculous!

Per Radgiver;
You will be able to opt for delivery to take place at a Fisker Lounge, Fisker Center+, Fisker Regional Delivery Event, or home delivery (subject to additional costs/availability). This election is made later in the order process, closer to delivery.
If so desired, you will be able to elect for pickup to be at our Fisker Lounge at The Grove - Los Angeles!

Thats a very reassuring email. It gives me hope i wont have to drive back from La to SEA with a brand new car. Maybe they are planning a regional delivery event in SEA or PDX which will save us substantial delivery fees and unnecessary mileage on a brand new car we know little or nothing about for a road trip on day 1!
Will I get my Fisker One delivered before my VW needs its 100K service?? The race is on..

I wonder if we can pick up the Fisker SUV at the Fisker HQ in Manhattan Beach? The Grove = not somewhere I want to visit if I have a choice.

If a lot of deliveries are expected in So Cal, I would imagine Fisker has some other location to handle the volume. If I remember correctly, parking at The Grove can be a bit of a pain in the neck. Fisker will probably have a lot nearby The Grove for pick ups. Just my guess…Not sure the parking situation at HQ or whether that’s even a viable option.

The Grove's parking = PITA. After reading this thread and I was in Santa Monica last night, it reminded me of my multiple experience visiting The Grove, I just wonder if there are other locations for pickup in the LA/OC area.
If I am in San Diego, I would come up to LA a little early by taking the train up to Union station, Uber to K-town, have some Korean BBQ(San Diego is still a little lacking on this, visited Gen Korean BBQ House - Mira Mesa Nov. 2022), Uber over to The Grove to pick up the SUV before the drive back down to San Diego.

@fibrepunk just sat in one here in Vancouver BC.
Maybe a test drive tomorrow…
125k = over my budget for a car, but the car does look nice and the range............ I am already looking at purchasing 3 cars within the next two years. 1) SUV = Fisker Ultra 2) Minivan = Toyota Sienna 3) A compact truck = ?.

@seancallahan yes there are 1755 parking spots in the parking structure at the grove. I would imagine Fisker would have a cordoned off area for delivery of the Oceans. It’s just a guess!

@fibrepunk The grove can be a bit of a zoo on the weekends but things aren’t as bad during a weekday.

I was actually at the Grove today. We went to the Petersen Museum and then decided to stop at the Grove to see the status of the store (no change). There was a ton of people, however, plenty of parking spaces. just remember to go up a bunch of levels and try get stuck with all the people looking for parking on levels 2-4. Driving up to the top levels of the garage is fairly easy. If Fisker will do deliveries, I am guessing they will have dedicated area near the valet for the deliveries.
